“Plant your vision. Walk into high school with a goal.”
We help Grade 7 learners move into high school with purpose and exposure to possibilities they may never otherwise encounter. TransitionEd is a Grade 7 to Grade 8 transition and future-readiness programme — one day, six real career fields, and a goal every learner writes for themselves before they walk into high school.

Grade 7 learners rotate through hands-on stalls run by real professionals across every field — health, technology, engineering, law, business, and creative arts.
Every learner collects a stamp at each stall, turning career exposure into a day they want to finish — and a keepsake of everything they discovered.
The day closes with each learner writing one real goal to carry into high school — something to hold onto on day one of Grade 8.
TransitionEd returns every year, paired with a graduation moment for that year’s Grade 7 prefects — giving outgoing leaders a proper send-off as they hand over to the next generation.
Grade 6 learners are invited to attend and get inspired early — so by the time it’s their turn, they already know what TransitionEd feels like, and why it matters.
We’re looking for professionals across health, technology, engineering, law, business, and creative arts to run a hands-on stall on the day. No teaching experience needed — just a willingness to show Grade 7s what your world looks like.
