We equip learners with confidence, identity, leadership values, and problem-solving skills so they can grow into leaders who influence their schools and communities for the better.

The driving force behind the Emerging Young Leaders Programme — passionate about unlocking the potential of young people in Somerset West and beyond. With a deep commitment to community transformation, Rorisang created the EYL Programme from the ground up and runs it with dedication, heart, and the support of a growing team of volunteers.
